My partner and I recently sold our home in North Scottsdale, we interviewed several realtors; many of whom seemed too busy to listen to our needs, and wanted to streamline our property value according to their needs and not take into consideration our improvements and local comps. Happily, we interviewed Josh Roubal from Dwellings Realty group. Josh was very receptive to our needs and listened carefully to what improvements we made since we moved into our home. We researched property values in our neighborhood and had a pretty good handle on our home value. Josh came up with similar comps and his realty group consensus of what we should realistically list our home was congruent. We were impressed that Josh listened to us, took notes on all our improvements. Shortly after our initial meeting with Josh there was no doubt in our mind he was the person we wanted to represent us in selling our home. Josh gave us excellent advice on staging our home, helped us fill out all the appropriate paperwork, and made himself available to us with any specific questions. Our home was on the market one day, we had incredible buyers and sold. We were told our home would take six months to a year to sell.
