After a long 6 month contract with another company and a realtor that couldnt Even take a few simple mins to get our wish list and important details for our perfect forever home when taking us out to look , every house just seemed to be a John Doe property that he was hoping to push on us that didnt meet any of our needs , the day that realtor told me and my husband we have looked at all the homes that are left on the market there are no more to choose from so take your pick from what I have shown you already or stay in the home you are already in , at that point we knew that we had to go with someone else if we were gonna find our forever home . Two days later I believe God sent us Kristy Horne , right away she was so passionate to get out there and show us the homes that matched our description . ( and there where tons unlike what the ther realtor had said to us ) we never felt that we were bugging her when asking or changing our minds with house lay outs or demands , she always made us feel so comfortable when asking questions and honestly put her whole heart, soul, and time into picking the perfect houses for our family to look at ! At the end of the day I would know that when we didnt find a house we could place a bin on it was because it wasnt meant to be our forever home but also we knew Kristy wasnt just going to throw us into a home to get a paycheck at the end of the day and stick us With something we didnt feel was meant for us, most realtors you will get constant voicemails , you will get runarounds ,and you will get appointments far in between because they r so busy all the time , but with Kristy she is so on top of getting a hold of people when they call her and she cant answer the phone at the moment , meeting with people morning , noon or night what ever works best for the client . I always felt like she was so flexible with whatever our needs were and not her own. Then it happened Our perfect home came within two weeks into our new journey with Kristy on our team to find us that home! everything we couldve dreamt of and more was in the home we found , to make a long store short both Kristy and her mortgage broker had to work Diligently on the possess of getting us into it , and at times they couldve just said its not gonna work lets just find another home but they worked even harder to get me this house every single ounce of energy was spent fighting for me and in the end Im sitting in my wonderful beautiful House that Kristy made happen for us !! we are forever thankful for the gift that Kristy has given our family , I know we could never repay her for what she did for us so we have sent numerous family, friends and strangers to Kristy and just as I expected each one of them have had the same encounters and have all sold or found their perfect home with Kristy with-in a extremely short time kristy is a godsend , A life saver in the home selling and buying business you will not be disappointed with choosing her to be on your side ! !
