So many good things to share about Erinn ! Erinn is a real estate agent that will aggressively look out for your interests, with a smile and good humor! We worked with Erinn to buy our first house in MA and we plan to enlist her help again for any buying or selling of real estate in the future (she is licensed in both MA and NH and frequently works in both)! She really understands the ins and outs of the market and she will use this knowledge to your advantage, as she did for us. For example, when you go to make an offer on a home, she will not hesitate to tell you what a "good" offer would include, while simulataneously reminding you to only make an offer that you feel comfortable with. This is important as one can get lost in the heat of the moment. Erinn is there to bring you down to Earth and talk you through it. Or if you see a house and like a lot about it, except maybe a certain room, or a certain disclosure, Erinn will tell you different things you could do to bring it up to your standards and give you estimates as to how much different projects or renovations might cost. She will also tell you when to walk away and to not waste your time. TL;DR If you need a real estate agent who knows the market better than anyone, is always honest and easily approachable, always available for you, and is not pushy and has no agenda, other than helping you with your real estate desires, I would not hesitate to give her a call. Buying a house is life changing and extremely stressful and she made it much less stressful and even fun. She has exceeded every expectation and we could not recommend her enough.
