We are so fortunate to have Joe Leddy as our Real Estate Agent. As our Realtor, Joe was there to consult us through the end to end process of listing and selling our home as well as finding a new home to purchase. We were in a challenging and stressful situation during the sale and purchase of our home due to COVID and Joe was there every step of the way to not only guide us through the process, but to advocate for us. Every question, email, phone call, text etc. was answered quickly with sound and reasonable advice. In any sales type relationship, trust and transparency is crucial. We cannot say enough about Joe! We have moved from multiple states and looked at houses in four different states after selling our first home in WA state, and had used many agents and they all pale in comparison to Joe. He is hands down the best out there. Before we were blessed to find Joe we worked with two other agents in NH of which both our offers fell through. The agents never gave us advice or were even caring or helping us with the properties. We had such terrible experiences and then we called Joe. He was beyond informative, knowledgeable, funny and kind immediately putting us to ease. What had been months long hunting with others and enduring rudeness and aEURoe whats in it for meaEUR? attitudes , Joe was professional and a breath of fresh air. He sent us houses that were finally what we were looking for instead of sending us every random listing and sending us houses that were any price or location or style. He actually cared about finding us our dream home. After only one week Joe found our home and we moved in 25 days later. We wish we had been with Joe all along.
