I've had experiences both good and bad where I've found myself somewhat speechless. Well, some bad experiences I've been able to use (colorful, also known as cursing) but none I've taken the time to publicly write about. This experience was soo moving I just had to share it. I was already stressed just thinking about the process of purchasing a home for my daughter and I. Truthfully as far as an agent I honestly felt to them it was just a job where in actuality u the buyer did most of the hard work. They would just go along for the ride, hopefully get lucky and get paid. However, Mrs. Stevenson blasted that theory right out the water. First what caught my attention was she was on time. I'm a timely person. No offense ladies, but I have Never had an experience with a lady who arrived b4 me. I was so impressed I had to mention it to her. Then I saw immediately I was wrong again. It wasn't just a job to her. She actually made me feel as though my issue was hers. She didn't leave me feeling like I was another appointment rushing to get to the next one. Each time we met for a showing and I would let her know I was interested in seeing one or two more we hadn't discussed she without hesitation make the necessary arrangements to accommodate me. Then her knowledge of what needed to be done that was in my interests assured me She was the One! Step by step throughout the process I became more and more relieved from my initial stress. I was so humbled by how effort she gave to make sure I understood about everything. I had to Thank God for His Favor sending her to guide me from the 1st showing thru thru the home I settled on, til my signature on the last document. Continuing to follow-up making sure I was sure! I strongly recommend anyone who's in the market desiring to purchase a home, don't just take my words, but Experience what did allowing Mrs Gabrielle Stevenson to be a Blessing as she was with me and my daughter. Mrs. Stevenson, May God's Favor Always be with You and Your Family!
