We were looking for a house on Anna Maria and the first person we were working with was not listening to our requests. We walked in to Duncan and we were introduced to Michelle. We needed an education in order to make an informed decision and that is exactly what Michelle did. Michelle shared her knowledge and that continued after we returned to NY. The distance was not a problem for Michelle and she responded quickly to our emails and calls. Michelle was open and honest when we asked her opinion when a new house came up for sale. We were her primary concern, not making a sale. We bought a house in 2014 and while staying at the house in 2016 we invited Michelle over. I told her that I was considering purchasing a smaller home and she gave us an update on the current market. Michelle was extremely patient while I made my decision and never pressured me in any way. We put the house up for sale with Michelle and she sold it quickly and at a price we were happy with and found us the perfect home for us. We cannot say enough good things about Michelle and we have had 3 transactions with her in less than 3 years. Not only is she a great Real Estate Professional, she a wonderful person as well. We highly recommend Michelle.
