I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Liz Brown. I finally qualified to buy a home as a single woman and reached out blindly to Liz as I did not have a realtor to represent me. Her and I met for the first time at Panera Bread and I immediately felt very reassured and confident working with her as my agent. After taking time to get acquainted with me she explained a lot about her, the buying process and the company. She then was very thorough about gathering information about what I was looking for, price range, area I was interested in, etc. Within a day or so after our meeting, she began sending me listings based on what we discussed to look at. Fortunately, I found a property based on what we had discussed that I fell in love with. She was incredible during the negotiation process, made herself very available for anything I needed, and guided me through everything. Many times she talked me down off the ledge when I was feeling like maybe the seller and I would not come to terms. All worked out as she was diligent in working with the seller's agent and myself. She was there at my closing in support. She was always, lively, positive, reliable, competent, available, and diplomatic. I don't have enough positive words to describe my experience with Liz! In the event I need an agent in the future, Liz will DEFINITELY be my go to!!!!
