Words are truly not enough to describe how wonderful it was to work with Stephanie of DS Realty Group. We absolutely loved her. Derick is also very good but Stephanie was with my wife and I throughout most of the process. Since weve been in Florida we have bought four houses and used four different realtors, BUT, we will not be using another realtor except Stephanie should we sell our current home and buy another. We met Stephanie at a DS Realty booth during a festival at Avalon Park sometime in 2017. Our initial idea was to purchase a home in the Avalon Park area, but plans changed when we realized how much further my commute to work would be. Even though we were no longer looking in the Avalon Park area for a home Stephanie STILL stood by us and sent us listings in our preferred area about 20 miles northeast of Orlando. Any questions my wife and I had were promptly answered by Stephanie with professionalism and respect. All-in-all it took around 7 months to find our dream home. Even though we were not local buyers Stephanie or Derick took the time to set up appointments and meet with us to look at homes. With Stephanie as your realtor you will NEVER get anything less than VIP treatment. Weve never had a realtor that treated their client(s) so well. I really could go on and on but I hope you can gather from what Ive written that you cannot go wrong hiring Stephanie and DS Realty as your realtor. Give them a call, you will be glad you did!

Where do I even begin to explain how amazing Derick and Stephanie are as our real estate agents. Derick is quick to respond to questions, concerns and requests - he was willing to show us numerous houses (even one that was an hour away in the middle on no-where because we thought we might like to live in the country) and he was always on top of providing listings to us that matched our list of needs and wants. Always quick to offer support and answers, we always felt as if he really cared to find our perfect home. I have heard horror stories from friends and even my husbands own sister, that some real estate agents dont respond timely, dont offer help or just dont care - but the total opposite is true of Derick and Stephanie. My husband and I 100% recommend them, and when we purchase our next home (or sell our others) they will be the first people we call. :) Thanks you guys - youre truly the best!
