We recently purchased a home with Mario as our realtor, and would strongly recommend him, especially to first-time home buyers. We were shopping on a budget during the pandemic market boom, and have frankly lost count of the number of homes we saw. Fortunately, not only is Mario incredibly professional, but he is also very knowledgeable about real estate, easy-going and patient. He has a keen eye for detail, and would point out any issues he noticed when we toured different properties. When we had questions or concerns, he would address them immediately. He was very accommodating to our work schedules, helping us schedule appointments much earlier or much later in the day when needed. It was challenging, but he ultimately helped us find the perfect home that met all our criteria. When we were ready to make an offer, he worked late to draft it, so that it could be submitted as soon as possible. Mario very clearly prioritizes his clients? interests, and will advocate on their behalf should the occasion arise. We had a very positive experience working with him, and remain grateful for the help that he provided throughout the home-buying process.

Nicole was such a pleasure to work with as my wife and I searched for our first home.
