Melissa is an amazing agent. We contacted her through the agent contact on Zillow and she called me the same day. We told her our situation - we were first time home buyers. She informed us of many resources that we could use to help out on our down payment and told us about different methods of financing available. It was with her help that we found a way to buy a house with the situation we were in.Melissa is very knowledgeable about the local market and knows a lot about what she does. She helped us look at several houses and was very patient through the entire process. After we found the house that we fell in love with, she wrote up the purchase contract in our favor. She even gave us a list of lenders and home appraisers that we could look into using. She did everything that she could to help us with buying this house. I think that we were very blessed to have Melissa as a realtor. Without all of her help and knowledge and skills, we would not have been able to buy the house that we got.
