Cheryl was awesome to work with during our search for a lake house for our family. She was understanding about our specific requirements. She never tried to push us towards anything we werent interested in or above our budget. She was available on short notice when needed. She was a fierce negotiator who helped us get a home for a great price. Even after the offer was accepted she worked with us through a tedious due diligence period. She was very knowledgeable about the various areas on Lake Sinclair and she was an excellent resource for local references- everything from financing to inspections, construction, landscaping, septic etc. We werent local and she went over and above to work around our schedule. She even went the extra mile to make phone calls and coordinate construction quotes on our behalf. She provided all around excellent service for our home buying experience.
