Joe and Nate did an amazing job selling our home. We were introduced several years ago when our friends sold their home and established a working relationship from that day forward. Joe assisted many of my new Soldiers with purchasing and selling homes from 2007 to present. When I was offered a new job in California, we were worried about getting at least what we had paid for our home since we purchased in a sellers market and sold in a buyers market. When the home right next to us sold for 45K less than what we needed, we figured we were doomed with losing money. Joe and Nate worked diligently and hit our mark to sell plus some. Great job!!! We just bought a home in SoCal and searched to find an Agent of the same caliber. (Which was difficult) Thank you again to Joe and Nate with Doxey Real Estate Group. 5 STARS!!!

Nate and Joe are the best! They are honest, reliable, and they get stuff done. We thought they were a little crazy when they told us how much they would list our house for, but we trusted them and they helped us list our house for top dollar- we became the highest comp in the neighborhood thanks to them! We would have left thousands sitting on the table without their help and knowledge of the market. They had our house sold with multiple offers the first day we listed, so we didn't have to keep the house in "show condition" for long with 3 kids running around. They helped us seal the deal on the offer we put on the house we wanted to buy even though we were in a multiple offers situation and ours wasn't the most appealing offer of the bunch since our house wasn't listed yet. They worked through the whole process of buying and selling with us and helped us through all of our questions- which we had a lot of, poor guys. These guys are a great team and they are the ones you want to help you out!
