I cant speak highly enough of Larry as a realtor. I was a first-time homebuyer moving to a city I knew nothing about alone, and Larry not only made the whole process easy to understand, he also made me feel confident working through each step of the process and making decisions, and I enjoyed working with him. His communication response time is excellent, I never had to hound him for an answer to any question. He offered professional opinions without being pushy or belittling my ideas. He even had lots of savvy ideas about how to write contracts to handle tricky issues such as wanting to close on a house asap, but also make sure it was properly emptied when I took possession. His associate, Angela, was likewise always immediate to respond to anything I asked or needed, and very supportive. I was not expecting buying a house to be such a logistically and emotionally complicated venture, and in every respect, I was so grateful to be working with Larry.
