I worked with Lindon and Sherry and they were absolutely wonderful! We did a pre-sale walk through and they were very upfront on what should or shouldn't be worked on and had realistic expectations on what home buyers would be looking at when considering the property. They were extremely easy to talk with, get in contact with and provided many updates along the way. Not only are they realtors they are amazing people who go out of their way to help you in any way they can! They were willing to stop by during the process and see how things were moving along and were never short on encouragement. After my house was on the market I moved across the country and Lindon and Sherry were extremely helpful in all communications and where a great set of eyes on the ground during any repairs or inspections! They provided updates and were helpful in scheduling and had a great oversight of the entire process. They have a great go-get-em attitude and made the process for me, as the seller, so smooth and transparent! These are such wonderful people and I cannot recommend them enough!! Selling a house, which can be so stressful, was much less stressful with them! Again, they were amazing and so helpful, I hope others find them as wonderful as I do! TL:DR - Highly recommend! Would use again to buy or sell! Wonderful and amazing people! Straight to the point and honest!

After losing my Mother, and with the impending move out of the country subsequently our house was vacant for several months - and it was Lindon who actively keep check on our house, every detail even to a lightbulb being out or needing to be replaced. His dedication to not only helping to sell our house, but also knows how to SOLVE PROBLEMS AND WORK AS A TEAM. Many instances, be it with the change of neighborhood sales, mortgage rates, something the Escrow/Title may have missed, Lindon picked it up or resolved it quickly. He truly is very rare from any Real Estate Agent I've ever seen - and I had several family members who sold Real Estate, even they could not believe he provided the service, details and follow up every step of the way. And this was through the entire process with my being thousands of miles away. I got reports constantly and NEVER HAD TO CHASE HIM, it was always Lindon, in emails and calls that was there for me....HE WILL BE THERE FOR YOU. Normally, I don't provide such glowing reviews because there is always something that didn't go quite right, this is NOT THE CASE with Lindon Gareis.
