We were looking to purchase our first home quite rapidly. We texted a bunch of buyer's agent saying we already knew the houses we wanted to visit an that we had already been pre-approved for a VA Loan. Mandy was the first agent to text us back and it was almost instantly! She said to give her the listings we wished to see and that she would take care of it. She said she had a meeting that same morning, but that she could spend the afternoon to help us in our first home purchase. A couple hours later, after her meeting, she had already scheduled the house visits and even gathered a couple more similar properties for us to look at. We went and visited a couple houses and narrowed down our choice until only THE one was left. Mandy was all prepared since we had told her we were looking to close asap so we were able to make an offer that same day. Mandy was truly great throughout the whole process on keeping us appraised of every event as well as answering our questions and concerns promptly. She took care of all the small details for us (such as picking a real estate attorney) that first time buyers like us are not entirely aware of. We could not have asked for a better experience and Mandy contributed greatly in making everything happen smoothly and worry-free. We are very grateful because she took great care of us and gave us precious advice. We were able to close on our house under a month!! 9 days is all you need to know for how long it took her to sell our home! But here are the details. My wife and I began looking for selling agents making sure we did our research and reading up on reviews. Then my wife reminded me that Mandy was a realtor and we put our trust in her from the start. And man are we glad we did. My wife and I had and offer accepted on our dream home before putting our current home on the market. No one wants to have two mortgages and she knew that. We told her we wanted to put our house on the market to sell and she began working from the first minute. The most important thing was she listened to what we wanted and gave us advice when we needed to hear it and then delivered! In the first week we had 5 showings and at the start of week 2 we had an offer!! She was great to work with and I'm so glad we chose Mandy and trusted her to deliver, because she did that and more. Because of her our lives are so much less stressful!
