Glorianne Mattesi is an outstanding real estate agent. She knows everything and everybody. She knows the ins and outs of house construction and gives great and specific advice about how to best present a house to maximize its presentation. Because she is so plugged into the community and has so many contacts, she was able to show our house to a large number of potential buyers, increasing its exposure.She is a true professional, very reliable, conscientious, thorough and has a congenial, upbeat personality. When we had offers, Glorianne was able to negotiate and advise us. Once we were in contract and the house inspection complete, there were a few things that need to be fixed. Glorianne knew the right individuals for the job and made the process easy and worry-free for us. I give Glorianne an A+ and give her my highest recommendation.
