Dawn DeGirolamo initially met with me to explain her professional approach to establishing the groundwork and gathering information about the sale of homes in the general neighborhood in which my home was located (comps). The portfolio Dawn presented to me was complete and thorough with data from recently listed and sold homes, which spoke volumes and presented a clear picture of asking prices of similar homes and identified which homes sold at asking or negotiated selling price. Dawn communicated with me regularly (daily) and unfailingly returned my calls and/or messages the same day -- often within hours. Each time the house was shown, Dawn contacted me with the prospective buyers' reactions and comments. Very helpful to have that information. Dawn's follow through and response to any and all questions was enormously reassuring and supportive. Wow. From the moment I spoke and then met with Barbara, I knew she was the one. I first contacted her about a year ago in August 2018. At the time, we thought we were ready to put our house on the market, so we discussed pricing, prepped our home, signed all paperwork, and were ready to move forward. Our personal circumstances happened to change and we delayed selling our home. Not once did we feel any pressure by Barbara. She graciously followed up the perfect amount of times where we didn't feel pressured, and yet, we didn't feel forgotten either. When it was time to sell, she went full steam ahead. Gave us excellent tips, discussed pricing strategy, arranged a time for their awesomely talented photographer to come and take photos, and she took care of all other necessary legwork QUICKLY with her colleague Richard Drury. She has an unlimited amount of networking connections to get whatever job you need to be done, done. We listed on a Wednesday, had an open house that following Saturday, and accepted an offer (out of MANY) by that following Monday.
