Look no further, as Eddie is a SPOT-ON choice for all real estate needs. When the time came to sell a property that we had believed would be a difficult sale, we were considering going through the process on our own. Thankfully, we took the time to speak with Eddie and his guidance and expertise proved invaluable. Eddie carries himself in such a way that one would believe that he has been in this business for 25 years, although in actuality he IS 25! Age has no bearing on his competence. He is a truly polished professional and his knowledge and ability were very much impressive. Eddie is not an average agent. He was there for us every step of the way, walking us through an extensive revamp of the property and advising on what to repair/remodel and what to leave be, permitting issues with the town, multiple offers, two difficult inspections, the appraisal, and so on. Response times to our many questions were swift and answers to all questions were prompt. Marketing efforts were absolutely fantastic, with a nearly three page long custom marketing plan executed so very well and a dozen buyers coming through our property from his personal social media marketing and connections alone. That is the way of today?s world. On the negotiation front, Eddie was very aggressive and there is no doubt that his efforts were critical in our ability to secure multiple offers and top dollar for our property. At the closing table, even the buyers? agent commented that she was very impressed with Eddie and that we were fortunate to have him on our side. Anyone can toss a property online, but not everyone will be as fantastic at walking you through the difficult process of selling a home. Again, we unequivocally recommend Eddie Schmidt whether you are selling or buying. True, high quality service from a true professional.

I have had the privilege of working with this fine young man for nearly six months and although we have not yet closed, I feel compelled to highly recommend him to those who may be contemplating the purchase or sale of a home. After meeting Eddie at an open house, I was impressed by his knowledge of both his product and its value. Since that time, he has continually impressed me with his genuine nature, stellar service, and professionalism. Eddie has proven his knack for this people-centric business time and time again. Dont let his age fool you. He has worked diligently and aggressively to pursue property opportunities throughout the Stony Brook and Setauket areas. I am from western Nassau and knew little in regard to these areas, but Eddie has gone above and beyond to highlight every important lifestyle point and neighborhood. Im confident that when I choose to list my current home, marketing and negotiations will be executed without issue.
