Tiffany Balanoff did an amazing job in selling our condo in just under 4 weeks. As a matter of fact, not only did she sell it quickly, she actually got us a record breaking price. In the past 10 years no other home in our development had sold for as much as ours, and that record still stands almost 1 year later.Tiffany made selling our home a priority. She was ALWAYS available to personally do all the showings, so that potential buyers were aware of all the highlights our home featured. We were always given feedback from all buyers and any brokers that viewed our home, and very explicitly explained how our home compared to others on the market and what needed to be done, on our part, to get the highest price. Professional photography was done at no cost to us and the feedback we received from anyone that viewed these photos was excellent.Our wonderful experience in selling our home of 42 years was beyond our expectations. Tiffany took complete charge, single handidly set up several "open house" viewings and found us a buyer faster than we ever imagined.
