Jodi was our realtor for our first home-buying experience, and we truly cannot recommend her enough. From the beginning of our journey to the end, when we ended up with our new, beautiful house, she was incredibly helpful and supportive all the way.Jodi is beyond knowledgeable about all the areas we were interested in, and even showed us new neighborhoods we didnt know much about, but turned out to be wonderful fits for our family.Buying a first home had a definite learning curve for us, and Jodi was always quick, kind, and very patient about answering the millions of questions we had, and guiding us through new processes we didnt quite understand. There are many things that set Jodi apart from the rest (knowledge of the processes, neighborhoods, trends, market, seller's realtors, local services, and excellent negotiation) but one thing that really appealed to us personally was her friendliness and how accessible she made herself to us. It was not her job to "hand-hold" as much as she did with us, or to treat us like friends, but her doing so made us feel so at ease, and we trusted her 100%.Thankfully we did, because she led us to the perfect starter home for us and our newborn daughter, and made it possible for us to relax and enjoy the home buying process. We cannot recommend Jodi highly enough!
