Vee was a pleasure to work with. She pointed us in the correct direction with some things we needed to do before putting the house on the market. Then, once we signed with her, she listened to our needs & worked closely with us when marketing the house. What surprised me was, she thought about what buyers probably would want to do (add on to a tiny house) & checked with the village on what would be allowed, so that she could answer any questions that potential buyers might have. Her incredible knowledge of the village, helped with all the questions and issues that came up from the buyers side. She stayed calm, and patiently answered all the questions we had, during the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Vee to anyone looking to sell their home. My only regret is that we are not buying a new home in Bayville, because if we were, I know who would be my realtor.
