This was our first time my husband and I worked with Elissa and her team and it definitely won't be our last. We previously listed our home for sale with another agent earlier this year but the agent could not sell it for what we felt it was worth. I was disappointed and agentless when I was referrred to Elissa by my coworker. Working with Elissa was the best experience we could have hoped for. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful, extremely patient, and kind. We had never sold a home before and felt very intimidated about the process. She was extremely patient and encouraging with us throughout the process explaining every step and answering all our questions in detail. She was always available by text, email or phone making it easy to stay in touch and get information in a timely manner. Elissa is an excellent sales person holding many open houses for us to keep us competitive with the local market. Anytime a new home came on the market in the immediate area she would make sure to schedule an open house for our home in order to take advantage of any local traffic. In addition she helped us stage our home to showcase its best features.
