I had the absolute pleasure of working with Monica Altmann when she sold my house for me. Before my house was put on the market, Monica made suggestions as to the things I needed to do to help facilitate the sale. She also helped me select lighting fixtures to replace ones that did not complement the decor of the home, pick out paint so the house would have an exceptional face-lift, and recommended craftsmen and service people when I needed names. In addition, when I needed to have documentation that an old oil tank buried under the lawn had been properly taken care of, she not only found the information, but had it mailed to me promptly. I only wish I could have brought her to California with me to help me purchase a new home. She went out of her way to make my experience a positive and relatively pain-free one.
