Mindy did a phenomenal job in managing the sale of my mother?s co-op last year. Mom was no longer able to live alone, and had moved with me to another state. As her caretaker, I was concerned about the amount of time I would be able to spend during the sales process. When I met with Mindy, she put my mind at ease right away, understanding the situation and going above and beyond to ensure that we could begin showing the apartment immediately. She did a great job preparing the apartment for prospective buyers, and then held numerous open houses which elicited several offers. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about what?s involved in selling a co-op, and provided her counsel and perspective to me every step of the way. She was always available by email or phone to answer questions and kept me regularly apprised of what she was doing and how things were going. Mindy worked tremendously hard, and I knew we were in good hands with someone who had our best interests at heart. She also recommended an excellent real estate attorney and even arranged for a reliable firm to handle the removal of remaining furniture from the apartment prior to closing, relieving me of having to take care of that final step. Everything went smoothly and I was appreciative of her expertise throughout the relationship. Mindy represents the best in her profession.

The successful sale of a Co-Operative unit within a fairly short time span takes the experience and expertise of a truly special Real Estate Agent. My wife and I were just so fortunate to find that person in Mindy Greenberg. Even though we had owned the Co-Op for 14 years (occupied by one of our adult children for that entire time), we had little knowledge of the Co-Op market and how best to position our unit for sale. Please note that our unit was a one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a three-story walk-up (no elevator). These facts most assuredly limited the type and number of potential buyers. Realizing these limitations, we decided to search the internet for a Real Estate Agent whose website indicated that the person was a seasoned veteran in the real estate industry, specialized in the sales/purchases of Co-Op apartments (among other type of properties) in the geographic area where our Co-Op was located, an impressive biography and detailed previously successful sales/purchases transactions. We found all of that and more on Mindys website. Our first meeting went so well (including Mindys correct recommendation for the listing price of our Co-Op) that we signed the engagement agreement on-the-spot and it turned out to be the best course of action for us. In about a week, Mindy found a buyer for our Co-Op but based on her long-time experience with people she did not believe that this younger gentleman would turn out to be the right buyer for our unit. Mindy, again, was spot-on for within another week or so, he withdrew his purchase offer because he decided that he wanted to live in Manhattan. However, Mindy told us not to be concerned because she was really good at her job and would find us other potential buyers. True to her word, Mindy found another highly qualified buyer, assisted the young woman with the Co-Op purchase paperwork/process and within 90 days (time it usually takes for a Buyer to get a mortgage) the sale of our Co-Op was completed. We were more than satisfied with the results of our sale and sincerely feel that without Mindy being our Real Estate Agent and closely guiding us through this process, we would not have met our goals of selling our Co-Op within a short period of time and at the selling price that we desired to attain. Mindy is the best and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to either purchase or sell real estate property.We actually asked Mindy to sell another property in Little Neck owned by our nephew, that another realtor was not able to sell. She sold that one quickly and our nephew had the same easy and successful experience as we did (explained above). Doug and Chris Zullo
