My wife and I purchased a co-op some years ago and the sellers agent was Mindy Greenberg. We were extremely impressed by our interactions with her and the way she represented the seller. When we decided to sell that same co-op, we immediately called Mindy to ask if she would represent us. I think our action of doing this speaks louder than any words I can say about Mindy but here goes. Mindy is extremely good at what she does and you will feel very at ease working with her. Mindy worked with us during the height of the pandemic to come up with a plan that we felt comfortable with. When it became safer to do showings, she worked quickly to handle everything with prospective buyers and helped us sort through multiple good offers (all on the first weekend of showings). I highly recommend working with Mindy if you have the opportunity and would not hesitate to recommend her to my own family and friends.

Mindy Greenberg performed a miracle for us! We were in the process of trying to sell a co-op that had been owned by a recently deceased 92 yr. old friend of ours. We had been told that to enhance the attractiveness of the co-op, we needed to invest in some refurbishments like a paint job, taking up the wall-to-wall carpeting, and refinishing the wooden floors. Mindy told us that none of this would be required. She actually found a buyer who agreed to pay nearly twice the price cited as the co-ops value. Not only was it an amazing sale (in cash), but she found the buyer within just one week. She also took care of mailing numerous memorabilia to the womans family members, some of whom are located in Italy...at no charge to us. Mindy is extremely personable, insightful, talented and thorough. So, we highly recommend that you call on Mindy if youre looking to sell or buy a residence in the Great Neck area.
