This is a good real estate broker. He is professional, courteous and prompt. During our home search, his follow up with new listings that fit our budget, neighborhood criteria and tastes was remarkable. It was clear that with each home we viewed, he learned something about what we were looking for and it helped him over time find the right place. He is not pushy at all. It was a pleasure to deal with him, whether in person or over the phone. Matt has a deep network of industry contacts, including other brokers, mortgage lenders, inspectors, attorneys and even contractors you might need after you close. His ability to recommend good people as we moved through the home buying process was a true benefit to working with Matt. You would be well served by working with him. We met her at a open house. At that time we were just looking around, not so serious or in rush. But the next day, I received a call from her and felt that she could help us a lot after spoke with her. During our 4 months house hunting journey, we had changed couple searching areas but she was as patient as beginning and always listened to us after every housing seeing. She would reply our text quickly, help to find out gas line distance, show us houses just right on the market...etc. She is also very honest, she would not pretend she knew things which she didn't. Instead, she found me the right answers pretty soon. We felt so lucky to have her be our agent. She was so friendly that my 3 yrs old boy asked for her sometimes. I strongly recommend Danielle if you need an agent to buy or sell a house.
