We met Vasco at an open house to gauge the market and what was affordable for us. Vasco was very courteous and knowledgeable about the area. He offered to help us find our first home. We told him what we would like and our price range and we went from there. The process was a little daunting at first, so we met with him and have a very insightful conversation. After that, we became more aggressive in our search. Once we found the house, Vasco was there every step of the way. He made sure we were comfortable with the entire process. During the more trivial parts, he helped explain everything that we did not understand so we could make more informed decisions with the closing. I would totally recommend Vasco for your house hunting needs. He is a great guy, friendly and available to answer anything you need to know from start to closing.
