EDIT: I was asked about my credit and gave my credit score. Lisa literally shrieked "UGH!" and then yelled "WHY IS YOUR CREDIT SCORE SO LOW?". I was then asked about my room-mate's credit, which is when I said "Never mind, thanks." and hung up because I was very much caught off guard by the lack of professionalism and did not wish to speak to her after that. I understand that some land-lords require a certain score, and that could've been politely explained that to me. But instead, I was treated according to her personal judgments about someone with low credit. Not to mention, from the moment she picked up the phone she shouted "LISA JAEGER". No hello or anything. She then sounded extremely annoyed and shouted her name at me again when I didn't respond right away (I thought I had reached a voicemail at first). I walked away from this conversation feeling as if I did something wrong, for daring to inquiring about an apartment with a lower credit score.Lisa Jaeger was extremely rude and unpleasant from the second she picked up the phone. I spoke with her in regards to a property she listed for rent. She literally screamed when I told her my credit score (it is a little under 600) and then bellowed "Why is your credit score so low?!". I would not recommend this broker to my worst enemy.
