Jordan doesn't mess around. I told him what I wanted to get for my place and it was high, a record for the building, and he just said: yeah, I can get you that. So we put it on the market. It took a little longer to sell than some of the stuff in the area but he kept telling me not to worry and just to be patient. He was strategic in finding the right pricing and the right timing and ultimately it paid off! I think Jordan's biggest assets are that he knows North Brooklyn (partially because he lives there), he is realistic about what he can and will do, and he keeps a level head for the duration (which is something many other brokers clearly don't do - I've seen other brokers talk their clients into lower selling prices just to get deals done quickly). If you're looking for a broker who can get you a record price for your listing, he's your man. Just trust him and let him do his job. It WILL pay off.
