From the moment I met David I knew my goal of owning a home would happen. David is the only agent Ive met that sat down with me before even visiting homes to hear what I wanted from my future home. At first I thought it was impossible to get everything that I was looking for and expecting too much, but not with David. As soon as I told him what I wanted, he said he knew of a perfect home that was going back on the market and he would take me later on in the week. Of course I fell in love and I submitted my bid that night. My bid was accepted at a price that was affordable for me with the help of David. Hes extremely knowledgeable in the field and was always open for any questions I had. My home buying process has been the most smooth and stress free. He went above and beyond to help me throughout the process. He helped me with finding a lawyer and loan officer who were the most kindest and genuine people. The home buying experience can be nerve wrecking but David and his team made sure to explain everything in easy terms and made sure I would understand each step that I had to take.
