When we decided to purchase a home in the vineyard, a friend of ours recommended Allison. We reached out and she was immediate helpful, scheduling a zoom meeting that was over the top professional. She even helped us find lodging when we visited the island to view homes. We were immediately impressed and continue to be almost a year after purchasing our home in OB. She listened to our needs, offered many helpful options for us to make the best decision for our needs, and was with us every step of the way through the purchasing process. Once we purchased our home, we continued to work with Allison, partnering with her in our rental business. She has been instrumental in helping us build our rental business by not only finding renters, but also managing the process of checking in and out, and everything in between.
