Amy was absolutely amazing! I did a simulataneous sale and purchase and she guided me through both with kindness, thoughtfulness and professionalism, I can't say enough good things. She was so patient with me as I took my time getting my apartment ready for the sale and had so much great advice on how to highlight its best qualities. She was always checking in with me so I knew the latest news and progress. On my purchase, she was always aligned to what I was looking for and helped me find the critical things I was looking for while staying well within my budget. On most viewings, we had my daughter with us who has a ton of energy and Amy was always undestanding and welcoming of her. In a number of cases, she went above and beyond by coraling my daughter so I could really look. When it came time to actually close on both the sale and purchase, Amy was always transparent and made sure I had a clear understanding of every required step and any potential delays. She connected me with a wonderful law firm and has also stayed involved in my renovation work, recommending my contractor and assisting me in those discussions as well. Roni served as an excellent resource throughout my first home buying experience.From day one, she was in constant contact as we compiled a preliminary list of apartments that had features meeting my needs, then subsequently worked with me to supplement / pare down the list as I further refined my thoughts. As we began to arrange visits, she was very flexible and worked to accommodate my admittedly tricky schedule.Once I was able to narrow down the search to two apartments, she pulled together a detailed comparison, which included pricing and a listing of the monthly charges and features. As I contemplated submitting preliminary offers, she tactfully guided me on reasonable, but well thought out bids. Upon receiving mutually negotiated offers for each, she helped me arrive at my final choice through careful consideration of my long-term plans for the property.
