Karla literally went above and beyond for my husband and me! This was our first home buy experience and she really felt like family the entire time. She knew when to push and when to be patient, which we really appreciated. She was very transparent with us when we were in the bidding process, which helped our decision making and put us in the best position to win the home of our dreams. She has been such a ray of sunshine in terms of personality and truly feels like a white glove service. Not only did she help us with recommendations of who to go to for what (which were amazing recommendations!), she always was extremely attentive, communicative, and extremely thoughtful. We were going through a tough time this summer with a sudden loss in the family and she negotiated with the sellers to make sure we had some time to process our loss without being pressured to make a move immediately. Not only that, but we were married this fall and she put together a little welcome to the neighborhood / congrats on getting married package! She is the sweetest, truly. You'll find a friend in Karla, and also hopefully a great neighbor if you're as lucky as us!
