Alexander Parker was amazing at helping us sell our home in less than 2 weeks! I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. When we 1st contacted Alexander about selling our home I had some concerns about the prices of the homes around my neighborhood and was trying to come up with a realistic list price...within a few days he sent us a market analysis on our home and came out to go over EVERYTHING and helped us price our home just right! We had a total of 2 open houses which he was extremely prepared with a loan agent on site with him to get prospective buyers approved. Once our home was under contract the whole process of inspections and escrow was flawless. Alexander kept us well informed and was there to answer any and all questions. We are moving out of state but if I needed to buy or sell another house...I would definitely use Alexander!

She helped watched over the property when she listed it and did great follow ups. She's easily reachable. She inspected and checked on the property to ensure the property is showable during open houses . She required agents info before giving them passwords to get in to ensure they are not frauds. On the first week of the open house there was more than one offer. Tho they fell through but she did another open house the following week which then brought in a good buyer. She checked their loan to ensure it's likely to work and that they will be a good solid buyer. That made the sale good and easy for me. She followed through with the buyer's agent often to ensure all documents and datelines are met so the escrow closed in the time stated. Pretty happy. I was originally going to go with another but glad that I worked with her!
