We were first time home buyers buying in Long Island from out of state. Sal was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire homebuying process. He was always available, and very responsive. He seemed to know all the other agents, and have insights into the homes we were considering. I really felt that we could rely on his advice and professional assessments of each property we considered. The housing market is crazy right now. We lost four homes before we had an accepted offer. Additionally, we were a little confused as to what we were looking for in a property. Nonetheless, Sal remained patient throughout the process, and finally helped us close on a great home. We have been in our new home for about three months, and I am so happy with our purchase. I would definately use Sal again if I were to purchase another property, and I highly recommend him to other homebuyers.
