We approached Holly with a unique situation, asking that she put our home on the market with the option for us to lease the home back from the buyer for 1 year. Even though it was unusual, she wholly embraced the challenge and laid out an off-market strategy, proposing a list price and rental rate based on her market analysis. Based on her connections, she had already identified a potential investor who walked through our home the same day that we had professional pictures taken. Within a day of viewing the home, the investor put in an offer above our asking price. We did something crazy and asked that Holly counter with an even higher purchase price; she did, and it was accepted! Because we received an offer much sooner than we expected, we had a number of travel commitments over the escrow period. Holly was extremely accommodating and went back to the buyers to extend certain contingency periods, while still keeping our 30-day time frame for closing escrow. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly, and we are confident that Holly's expertise, negotiation skills, and connections are the reason it did! Highly recommend!
