It is my pleasure to take this opportunity to write this letter of recommendation for your real estate sales team of Andee Greif and Louis Fisher. I inherited the above-referenced property approximately five years ago. The home was in our family for 60 years and I had the daunting task of selling it. I met Andee and Lou about three years ago and from the beginning they offered invaluable professional advice including, recommending home estate sellers, home improvement contractors, gave advice regarding what work to do and what not to do all to aid in the sale of our house. Over the course of the three years leading up to the eventual sale of the property, Andee and Lou were there to help me in any way they could every step of the way including providing broker opinion of values & CMA's (Comparative Market Analysis's) when needed, supporting me during the whole process of cleaning out the house and preparing it to be sold. They even helped me find a new place to live. Once the house was finally ready to be listed, they marketed it and sold it in less than four months. They held open houses almost every weekend. Both Andee and Lou were unrelenting in negotiating a maximum sales price and making sure we were protected. Once I was in contract they guided me through a long and complicated sales contract. Lou was even there to call the fire department when a water pipe broke at the house which avoided a potential catastrophic flood at the property which was vacant at the time. Time and time again Andee and Lou exceeded my expectations of what service real estate tax brokers could or would do for a client. I would recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding real estate brokers
