I would like to commend your company and its agents, Andee Greiff & Louis Fisher with the manner in which they marketed and sold my property located at 247 Marcus Avenue, New Hyde Park, NY. Louis works for Douglas Elliman in the commercial division and is also dual licensed in the residential division of Great Neck with Andee Greiff. Andee and Louis hosted many open houses and were present for every showing until the property went into contract. Of particular help was the very professional 2 sided flyer they had designed with the inclusion of a floorplan of our home. Andee and Louis provided my family and myself all types of services that went beyond and above the normal scope of services provided by a traditional real estate agent. It was very comforting to my family and me to know that 2 agents were at EVERY showing and open house on my property. Andee and Louis were able to manage the property while I was away and arrange to be my eyes and ears throughout the process commencing with the listing of the property, arranging for professional photography, scheduling the designing of the floorplan, getting the property into contract, handling the appointment for being present for the bank appraisal, and being present for the final walk through the day before closing. Andee and Louis were always available for me and my family and were able to sell the property for many more tens of thousands of dollars above what I had listed it for sale on the " For Sale by Owner" website.
