My name is Arpan Patel, and I started working with Alex (as part of Paul Salazar Group, partnered with Hilton & Hyland Beverly Hills) starting September 2022. With her and the Paul Salazar Group, I was able to successfully purchase a house (4BR/3BA) in Culver City, California. Working with Alex was such a joy. I have minimum real estate experience and enormous time constraints as a physician, and I really appreciated just how flexible Alex made her schedule and how patient she was in helping me find what I wanted. Last month, some good friends of mine introduced me to Alex. I was wanting to put my familys home on the market and thought it might take a while. After meeting with her, my family and I knew she would be the perfect realtor. Alex and her team started working on photos and marketing and setting up showings so quickly. Within the 1st week our house in Venice beach sold. I was in shock!! Thankfully, I was guided through this process with so much thoughtfulness and understanding.
