I had to sell my 8 acre farm in the Jupiter Farms area and decided to interview a number of realtors for the job. I interviewed a total of five all of whom had many recent sales in the Jupiter farms area and numerous excellent reviews. All had similar marketing strategies and recommended fairly similar listing prices. It was like splitting hairs but with most every thing else being close to equal I chose Nina over the others based on her speed in returning any call that I made to her. This seems to be one of her hallmarks. From my first contact with her until my property was sold at closing (she brought in an acceptable offer three days after listing) Nina would respond immediately to any attempt I made to communicate with her. On the road to closing we ran into a few unexpected hurdles , Nina handled each in a manner that underscored her experience and professionalism. I am great- full to her for the opportunity to have worked with her and highly recommend her to anyone thinking of listing or buying a home in this area
