I cannot recommend Joe Buck highly enough. My parents passed away earlier this year and left us four children their home in Palos Verdes. It's not easy to get four people living in three states on the same page about anything, let alone selling or renting a house when none of us had much experience in this area. We held a couple of For Sale by Owner Open Houses just to get up the learning curve, and were inundated by realtors seeking to work with us. Joe stood out from the pack, and reading the other reviews, I can see that we are not alone. Joe's genuine, non-pushy style and obvious knowledge of the market set him apart and won us over. As the four of us struggled to decide if we would sell or rent the house, Joe was incredibly patient and helpful, providing us with detailed market analysis. As soon as we finally made a decision to start by renting the home for a year, Joe turned around and immediately found us an ideal renter -- in literally 2 days! The lease paperwork was handled quickly and professionally, and Joe was super responsive to us all through the process any time we had a question. At the end of the day, when you work with Joe, you walk away feeling like you've made a new and trusted friend. There's no question that our family will use Joe's services again.

We first met Rob Freedman when we were buying a home and he represented the seller. Rob truly went above and beyond for both transactions. With respect to the sale of our current house, Robs experience as a builder and property manager was an asset we didnt know we needed! He coordinated all facets of the home repairs, and the sale went seamlessly. When helping find our new home, he was respectful of our wish list, preferences, and offered invaluable advice and insight into the market throughout our search. He never made us feel uncomfortable when it came to sharing our thoughts or asking questions. Most importantly, he was an incredibly amazing advocate for us when we were negotiating with the seller. He was very responsive, attentive, and communicative. He is so well-respected and has such great rapport with other agents and developers.
