Stephen was amazing throughout our whole house-buying process. The first day that we met up with him, he took us to several homes that were all different styles simply to get an idea of what we were really looking for. He would constantly send us homes and get our opinion, narrow the list down to a few that we liked and set up appointments for us to view them as soon as possible. Once we picked one that we wanted to put an offer on, he was very knowledgeable about what would be a good offer, how to work with our mortgage broker to make smart decisions and was with us every step of the way. Nothing beats the day when we finally got the keys and Stephen was waiting for us with some celebratory champagne and a gift to help us get a good start on making our house a home. We met Stephen last year at an open house he was hosting and we immediately knew that we wanted him to be our buying agent....we love the mid century style homes he represents and he definitely is the person to seek out. Stephen also stands out in his knowledge of the market, he not only knows his stuff he gives you the peace of mind knowing that he is really looking out for your interests as a buyer, ie pointing out things in a home that are good and bad and you get the feeling that he is not out there to make a quick sale) to help us make an informed decision. We had an issue with the house after closing escrow and had already moved in, he took care of the problem so that we would not be stressed out having to deal with it. He is a person of high integrity and will go the extra miles to make you feel happy with your purchase. Great follow up and we learnt a lot buying this property with his help.
