Trenton Reid came highly recommended by a friend of mine that is a professional contractor in the local area. As he put it, Trenton Reid will get your house sold. He did! I attempted to sell my house on and off for over 6 years with five different realtors and it never sold. Trenton gave me advice on what I needed to do to sell the home, and where the asking price should be. I followed his advice as I had the other realtors, but this time it was different. Trenton has a professional team in place that all makes it happen. Once I saw the new pictures on the website that he had posted, I had a very positive feeling that the house was going to sell this time. They know exactly how to use the props to stage the house to make it look very appealing, and attractive. If you want to sell your home in the quickest reasonable time for the best reasonable offer, I highly recommend the services of Trenton Reid!

I do not leave reviews often. When I do, it's because the individual I am reviewing has displayed a traditional, moral, and professional aptitude for business. Trenton Reid provided a truly memorable experience. I realize I am only reviewing a Real Estate Agent, but I do believe the experience is memorable. First, I'd like to say the entire process was very easy. It was not without hiccups, but when there were issues Trenton resolved them very quickly. He had a team of professionals that he would call when there were issues and they were responsive to his requests. He was very moral in his dealings with us and that is something that is hard to find; especially in a Real Estate Agent. When we first met him to see our house he was very forthcoming about everything he knew about that was wrong with the house. He did not try to hide anything or pull the wool over our eyes. I appreciated his honesty and I think that is something that is terribly hard to find these days. He recommended us to an excellent Mortgage Broker that was very knowledgable and equally as honest. Once we put the house on contract his team had scheduled inspections the next day. We had all the proper inspections on the property within one week. The long part was waiting for the bank and VA. From the time we met Trenton to see the property, until the time we closed, it had only been four weeks. The night before closing we had a walk through of the property with Trenton and the General Contractor that had done the repairs on the property. The contractor was more than happy to show us the repairs he'd made and consult with us on future remodeling we want. In conclusion I am truly thankful to Mr. Reid. He did his duties with an expert touch. He made a very difficult process very easy. And we now have a beautiful home for a fair price. We love our house.
