As a first time home buyer, I began this "new to me" process blind and without a ton of knowledge. Once I began working with George, he really shed light on all my questions that I had. He told me first thing you need to figure out is location......that seemed to be the hardest part for me. He got me logged into the MLS systems, so I would see the most updated listings each day. He knew exactly what I was looking for, it was just a matter of finding it. We went on quite a few house tours, and each time we'd talk about the good the bad and the ugly of each one, so next time we knew what not to look for. In the end of the process, I finally found "the one".....we walked in, and I just knew. That same night, we went to the table and wrote up our offer. George explained to me in detail the number we should go with and why....I trusted him 100%....We countered, and 2 days later the offer was accepted....George also set me up with a mortgage lender that he works with and trusts and whom he highly recommends. He connected me with her and between the help of George and Wendy, they made this an amazing experience. Jump 30 days....and i'm now all moved in and a happy NEW HOME OWNER all because of George! I will be recommending him to anyone i know who is looking to buy or sell! Thank you George for EVERYTHING and for making this process one of the best experiences ever!
