I have tried contacting other agents before actually requesting to view an apartment that was listed with Joann. Other agents were non responsive or if you asked a question couldnt care less to offer suggestions other locations etc. Joann showed me an apartment that would suit my childrens & I needs where it was in a quiet location close to their schools however it was a bit small in space. However she didnt stop there the next day she text me saying there was another apartment that may suit our needs with more space. She made sure to organize everything & although almost couldnt make it but organized the whole thing & she still made it. She also on her way out checked to see what bus ran in that direction because I mentioned my oldest & getting to school. She kept in touch with me constantly even suggested things that were nearby that the girls or I can do. She was very professional & even made you feel comfortable where other agents felt you were bothering them although you were paying for the service. I would recommend Joann as she was very helpful & made the extra steps to go out her way.
