We had the Dirk Stone Group for both the sale of our home and the buying of our new home. The entire group are certified realtors, but each works in a specialty area, so you always have someone that will respond to questions and concerns within an hour or so. Many times it was almost immediately. They worked tirelessly to sell our home, encouraged us when we got discouraged and worked to get the best price for our home. They have a great internet presence and one reason we chose them for the sale of our home initially, was because they had a professional photographer take the pictures that were displayed on the internet. Our house looked amazing in the pictures. Everyone in the group is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and hard, hard workers. They also take care of all aspects of the legal part of the sales, sending out documents for whatever is needed and making a smooth, seamless transition at closing. Concerning helping us find a new home, we worked primarily with Dirk Stone. He knew the area well, he showed us what we wanted to see, but also gave us some suggestions. It was actually one of the suggestions that we moved into. He was honest, always available, tried to read what we were looking for so we didnt waste time and so much fun to work with. I would highly recommend this group for either buying or selling your home. Not to mention they throw some great parties! We would definitely use them again.
