We cannot thank Dill Ward enough after working with her on the sale of our home in Portland, Oregon. We had purchased our new home and moved. Dill and her Team came in and cleaned up our old home (and there was a ton to clear out, haul away, and clean inside and out), completed previously unfinished remodeling projects, and staged the home to perfection. The home sold the 1st week in a market that had just raised interest rates to over 7.5%. Seriously, the home looked so good, we didn?t recognize it. Dill then guided us through the sale process, keeping us informed every step of the way, always available for Q&A, always keeping us on track. Even under great circumstances, the back and forth of selling a 1920?s home can be a lot while working and setting up a new household. From initial offer, through inspections, and haggling, Dill was there for us all the way. Dill had previously helped us buy this home 5 years ago, and now she?s helped us realize our dream of selling and moving to our dream retirement home (and btw, she also helped us find the realtor in the new state we moved to ? so she?s actually assisted us on 2 purchases and 1 sale).
