Our decision to use Mindy Wardlaw did not come after interviewing potential agents. If your going to pay for a service,you may as well pay that to a professional (The Best) that will get you results! My orig email to her was during business hours and i expected to hear back within a day or 2. She responded 20 minutes later with an apology for a delay in response. (Little did i know at that time, she was out of town handling family business and shouldnt have responded back for days (But she did,(in 20 minutes) thats dedicated to excellence and customer service!) you can look in any real estate book and tell she puts alot of effort into her advertising(it speaks for it self. Center of book with multiple pages. You can even ask a total stranger who the top agent is in northwest La. The answer you get,will be Mindy Wardlaw! This type of reputation only comes from getting results and keeping clients happy in the process. Was always available and kept us involved the entire time. She will disclose EVERYTHING to you! We had an offer on our home on day 3 of being listed. We passed on it together and 4 days later after being viewed 9 times in 7 days,it sold that very evening (on the market an est 7 Days. She was right beside us the entire way. I do not know Mindy on a personal level, but heres what i do know. She is the Top performer within Diamond Realty in Bossier City La and They have more agents than any other company in the Shreveport/Bossier area. You ask yourself what that does for me? It puts your listing with a well respected agent such as Mindy, that will tell all those other agents about it, which equals your home being SOLD!
