My wife and I were relocated to TX recently and asked Lori to help us find a home. I'm usually a pretty discerning customer and am particularly "picky" when it comes to home buying. I can honestly say, though, that Lori is without a doubt the best realtor and experience we've ever had.She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and helped us find a location that is really a perfect fit for us and far better than I would have expected or perhaps found without her. Being new to the area, we were quite unsure what to expect coming in, but Lori absolutely took the time and effort - and patience - to get us informed and put us in a position where we were comfortable selecting our new neighborhood.I'd say Lori has a very unique combination of professionalism and personality. Her awareness of the market, responsiveness to our needs, and professional advice were very much appreciated throughout the process. The fact that she has a very friendly, welcoming personality made us very comfortable working with her and we actually enjoyed the time being spent on this otherwise daunting task.Perhaps the most appreciated attribute though is Lori's responsiveness. From the first call - and through many subsequent texts, emails, conversations - we found Lori to be absolutely the best in terms of how quickly she responded to our questions, how immediately she followed up with issues or concerns, and how generally pro-active she was in handling all aspects of the purchase. It always seemed as if we were her only customers and she was on 24/7 duty. And we did test her at all hours of the day and week.Lori really couldn't have done any better throughout the process - from offer to negotiation to inspection to a successful closing - we felt informed, well represented, and confident all the way from the first visit to the day we moved in. I'm not easy to please, but I very much respected Lori's attitude, realistic guidance, and trusted advice during each step along the way.I would also commend Lori on going above and beyond. In our experience, she was not only our realtor - she was a fantastic resource and friendly advisor for the move in general. She patiently and pleasantly helped us with many things that would normally fall outside of what a realtor might provide. I honestly believe that Lori is a very genuine, caring person who put our needs at the front of the line.I would absolutely work with Lori again if the opportunity arose and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. I would also point out that we also had an opportunity at time to interact with her team as well and they are also very helpful and professional as well.
