It was an absolute pleasure working with Heath. My husband and I had met with a few realtors before we met Heath and the instant we met Heath we knew we wanted to work with him. Heath was very knowledgeable on home improvements and which improvements increase the cost of the home and which renovations or improvements really change the value of the home. The first 2 houses we saw Heath pointed out flaws with the home and told us an asking price he would recommend based on what he knew and comparable homes in the area. Heath had our back 100% of the time. My husband and I have crazy schedules but Heath was more than willing to make our schedules match and was always ready to answer a question or provide guidance on any issues we were having.The Seller's realtor and the Seller himself made our experience a little unique and frustrating, but again, Heath was more than willing to put in the extra effort and pulled more than his weight to allow us to close on the house. We are so grateful that we here fortunate enough to work with Heath!
