My wife and I worked with Darla during late spring and early summer 2015. The housing market in Houston was far hotter than we expected, and we quickly realized how fortunate we were to have an agent that knew the local market so well. Darla was very quick to respond when a listing came on the market. Many times she arranged a showing for a new listing on the day it hit the market. All of the houses we were interested in had offers within hours or days, and we were grateful that Darla was our trusted advisor when negotiating these multiple offer scenarios.
