Carla DeMarsh is one of the most tenacious and creative people I have ever met. She was the Realtor who sold my daughter her first home. When my daughter was relocated to another state by her company, she listed her house with another Realtor recommended by the relocation company. When that proved unsuccessful, she reached out to Carla, who in a short time, not only had numerous potential buyers coming by, but the house sold. But thats not what sets Carla apart from the rest of her competitors. When the house closing was delayed due to an unforeseen issue with the local building department, Carla stepped in and worked relentlessly to compel action by the bureaucracy and cut through the red tape so the house could be cleared for sale. Carla goes above and beyond all expectations. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
