fiancA(C)e and I found out in November that our landlord was retiring and would be moving into the home we had been renting. Faced with potential homelessness given the dire state of the rental market we were panicked. In a last ditch attempt to secure a new home we looked into buying, believing we wouldnt qualify we didnt have much hope. We had seen Alex on social media and all the good work he does for the community so we thought maybe he could help. This was the best decision we have ever made!From the second we made contact with Alex we felt reassured and our hope was restored. He talked through our options and developed a plan to buy our new home. He has shown himself to be honest, trustworthy and brutally honest, often telling us to do things that in no way benefited him but did benefit us. Instead of pushing us to increase our budget to increase his commission he pushed us to lower our budget for a home to make sure we were not getting in over our heads.As we looked for homes he set us up with his colleague Habib who was equally excellent. Every time we had a viewing Habib had acted so quickly we were first to see the homes as they came on the market.Fast forward to today and we just signed all the documents with the notary for our meeting home.Alex referred us to a mortgage company who he works with who are incredibly aggressive in all the right ways and even with an FHA we got a 25 day escrow. The combination of Alex, Habib and the mortgage company put the Ateam on our side, all lead by Alex and because of Alex.If you are even considering buying or selling and want an honest community serving realtor who will fight tooth and nail every step of the way for you, and will put your best interests before his, Alex is the only choice.
